- Downlink Commands
- Uplink Notifications
- Localization
- IoT integration

Unicast
bleenc allows to send downlink commands to individual tags with minimal latency. For example, it is possible to send commands to temporarily activate sound, light, or vibration signals on a specific tag, with configurable parameters.
Use-cases:
🔹 Pick-to-light
🔹 Asset light identification
🔹 Personal alerts
Multicast
bleenc allows to send downlink commands to all tags belonging to a specific group. This feature can be used, for example, to perform mass updates of tag configurations.
Use cases:
🔹 Configuration update
🔹 Temporary operating modes

Broadcast
With bleenc you can send downlink commands to all tags in a given installation. With this feature, you can activate a signal on all tags with a simple click.
Use cases:
🔹 Evacuation alarms
🔹 Massive updates
Uplink Notifications
bleenc tags broadcast data packets that include details about specific triggers, such as button presses or motion detection. This capability enables real-time event reporting, allowing systems to respond instantly to user actions or environmental events, improving situational awareness and supporting intelligent, context-driven applications.

Button alarms
With bleenc, push-button events are sent in real time, with identification of the type of press (one or more clicks, long press, etc...).
Use cases:
🔹 Emergency call
🔹 Nurse call
🔹 Staff duress
Motion alarms
The bleenc tag motion sensor can be configured to detect multiple types of alarms associated with movement (shock, absence of movement, fall, etc ...).
Use cases:
🔹 Man-down detection
🔹 Fall detection
🔹 Lone worker

Motion events
bleenc provides real-time state of stillness or motion of the tag, with state-adaptive operating configuration to optimize battery life.
Use cases:
🔹 Asset management
🔹 Tools tracking
🔹 WIP monitoring
ACK request
RTLS tags can broadcast data packets for high-priority events while requesting ACK to confirm successful receipt. Upon receiving confirmation, the tag can locally notify the user through a buzzer, vibration, or similar feedback.
Use cases:
🔹 Staff duress
🔹 Emergency call

RTLS
Real-time indoor and/or outdoor localization functionality is based on robust algorithms and scalable schemes, to continuously track bleenc tags in confined areas. RTLS function can be extended to any kind of BLE tag and label.
Use cases:
🔹 Patient tracking and wandering monitoring
🔹 Asset tracking in healthcare and manufacturing
🔹 Locating visitors within a building
Transit monitoring
bleenc provides real-time monitoring of transits through access gates, with indication of direction
Use cases:
🔹 Access control in restricted areas
🔹 Monitoring unauthorized exits

Nearby beacons
Broadcasting of proximity information to nearby Bluetooth Low Energy beacons. The functionality is configurable based on multiple schemes: periodic (with a configurable interval), on-demand (based on downlink command), on-event (e.g. after a buuton press).
Use cases:
🔹 Room localization of equipments in hospitals
🔹 Operator workstation identification
Nearby tags
Broadcasting of proximity information to nearby bleenc tags. The functionality is configurable based on multiple schemes: periodic (with a configurable interval), on-demand (based on downlink command), on-event (e.g. after a button press).
Use cases:
🔹 Contact-tracing
🔹 Context information detection

BLE sensors
With bleenc it is possible to acquire data from any Bluetooth Low Energy sensor on the market, to enable location-aware monitoring.
Use cases:
🔹 Air quality monitoring
🔹 Door opening detection
🔹 Room occupancy
🔹 Proximity sensing
BLE beacons
bleenc offers the functionality of massive configuration and monitoring of Bluetooth Low Energy beacon infrastructures with a centralized software platform.
Use cases:
🔹 Indoor navigation and wayfinding
🔹 Proximity-beacon localization
